Our Story
Stone and Sole Bodywork is the therapeutic massage business of Jo Woodward, LMT. She graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2015, and has since devoted herself to exploring deep tissue, structural, myofascial, cupping, and barefoot bodywork techniques to continue bringing her clients lasting relief from pain and tension. In her free time, Jo enjoys spending time with her 2 young boys, walking her dogs, cuddling her bearded dragon, and painting.

Policies and Procedures
Please review these clinic policies before your visit.
• Appointments are by reservation only.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any forms and settle in.
• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying the next client.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged in advance.
• Professional draping is used at all times; only areas being treated are undraped.
• Massage services are strictly non-sexual. Inappropriate behavior will end the session and full payment will be required.
• Please inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in your health.
• Sick clients (fever, flu, contagious illness) may be asked to reschedule.
• Gift certificates and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
